About
Mayra & MayARA
From an early age, football has always been present in their lives. Not as a career on the pitch, but as a passion that gradually took on new forms over time. Since 2008, during summer holidays in Europe, between visits to clubs and hotels where they accompanied their father on work commitments, they began to understand that this world went far beyond the game itself.
Mayara, who holds a degree in Tourism, began her professional journey in a five-star hotel, where she learned to value every detail and deliver excellence in service. However, shortly before the pandemic, she realised her path needed a new direction. It was then, during a conversation with her father, that she decided to fully immerse herself in football — this time behind the scenes — assisting with negotiations, following transfers and supporting the management of athletes already represented by the agency.
Mayra, with a sensitive eye for people, positioning and communication, built her experience by combining sports marketing, image management and strategic relationships. Through hands-on experience in both the football and aesthetic industries, she developed work focused on strengthening personal brands, creating authentic connections and turning stories into opportunities. Today, she works in a close and human-centred way, believing that career, image and purpose go hand in hand when there is strategy, authenticity and long-term vision.
During a visit to England, a new door opened. In 2021, almost by chance, Mayara assisted in the production of a campaign for Jorginho, then a Chelsea player, and discovered a new passion: sports marketing and image management. Since then, her perspective on football has transformed. A licensed agent with FIFA and the FA, her focus today is on amplifying stories, building personal brands and connecting athletes with opportunities both on and off the pitch.
