About MayARA
From an early age, football was always present in her life. Not as a career on the pitch, but as a passion that took on new forms over time. In 2008, during summer vacations in Europe, between visits to clubs and hotels where she followed her father on his work, she began to understand that this universe went far beyond the game itself.
With a degree in Tourism, she began her professional career in a 5-star hotel, where she learned to appreciate every detail and deliver excellent service. However, shortly before the pandemic, she realized her path needed a new direction. It was then, in a conversation with her father, that she decided to fully immerse herself in football, this time behind the scenes, assisting in negotiations, overseeing transfers, and supporting the management of athletes already represented by the agency.
On a visit to England, a new door opened. In 2021, almost by chance, she helped produce a campaign for Jorginho, then a Chelsea player, and discovered a new fascination: sports marketing and image management. Since then, her perspective on football has changed. A FIFA and FA-licensed agent, her focus is now on empowering stories, building personal brands, and connecting athletes with opportunities on and off the pitch.
